Where we ship to:
We currently ship across the UK. If you’re outside of the UK and interested in placing an order, feel free to get in touch at via our contact page and we’ll see what we can do!
Delivery times:

Our boxes are assembled at the begining of each month once payment has been recived and sent out mid-month.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days via Royal Mail or another trusted courier.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info (where applicable) as soon as your order is on its way.

Refunds
We hope you love your Flux & Foam goodies, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a brief description of the issue. Where needed, we’ll either replace the item or offer a refund for that month.
Subscription Cancellations
After the initial rolling period, you will be notified and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Due to the nature of the product, cancellations must be made before the 15th of the previous month and can be requested through our contact us page.
