Cancellation Policy

We would love for every Flux and Foamer to stay with us forever; however, we understand that all good things come to an end! It’s important to us that your whole experience with us is swift and relaxing, and so, we aim to make our cancellation process as easy as possible.

Our payments are taken on the first of each month. You must cancel your subscription with us at least 14 days before your renewal.

For example, if you subscribed to a 3-month subscription on January 10th , your first payment will be taken on February 1st and you must cancel 14 days before your second payment is taken on May 1st , which, in this example, would be April 17th .
